What This Website Collects

This website has no forms, accounts or online payments, so it does not ask you for your name, address or any other details.

The pickup checker on the home page runs only in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us or stored.

When You Call Or WhatsApp Us

If you call or message us, we see your phone number and whatever you send, such as your address for a pickup or photos of your clothes. We use these only to answer you, collect and deliver your clothes, and handle your order. We do not sell or share them with anyone for marketing.

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Google Ads

We advertise on Google and use the Google tag on this website to see how well our ads work. The tag can set cookies and send Google information such as the pages you visit, the ad you came from and your browser type. Google may use it to:

• count visits and phone calls that come from our ads;
• show our ads to people who have visited this website before (remarketing).

If you arrive from one of our ads, the phone number on this page may be replaced by a Google forwarding number that connects you to us. Google then records details of the call, such as when it started, how long it lasted and the caller's area code, so the call can be counted.

You can turn off personalised ads in Google's My Ad Centre. Google explains how it uses information from websites like ours in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.

Hosting And Visitor Statistics

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it does not use cookies.

Your Choices

You can ask us what details we hold about you from your calls and messages, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them once your order is finished. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 78408 48494, or speak to us at the shop.

Changes

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
